"Elise has such a wonderful calming disposition. She thoroughly explained how Reiki works and how it can help people in many different ways. (I knew nothing about it initially). My session was very relaxing and I left feeling peaceful.
At Elise’s recommendation, I brought my 8 yr old daughter because she hadn’t been feeling well. We had a short session for her too. The next day my daughter told me that during her session she felt tingling on her head. She had had a weird headache that day. Interesting coming from such a young soul! classes for women and children
For expecting mothers or those at home with babies and children ages 1-5. In these classes, we use Reiki as a technique to manage the everyday stress of motherhood and a way for small children to manage their own energy.
"We experienced Reiki for the first time with Elise’s Mommy and Me class and it did not disappoint. Elise did a great job grabbing the attention of the toddlers and that’s not an easy task! My daughter enjoyed learning some of the techniques and even got to practice them on her favorite bear which made the experience fun for her. Although it’s hard to relax with a busy toddler running around, Elise did an awesome job by providing a calming environment. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to try another class!"
